Personal information you provide
- Account Information Name, email address, phone number, and profile picture when you create an account.
- Communications Messages, photos, videos, voice notes, and files you send and receive through the App.
- Contacts With your explicit permission, we may access your device's phonebook to help you find friends who use Owl Chat.
Device and usage information
- Device Information Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data Access times, features used, interactions with the App, and crash reports.

How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve services, including message delivery and calls.
- Notify you about changes to Owl Chat or our services.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, including updates and bug fixes through Shorebird.
- Send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging for new messages or calls.
Third-Party Services
Owl Chat uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Each service maintains its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only as needed to operate the App and its features.
Data Security & Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard security protocols, such as HTTPS and secure WebRTC.
We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Request deletion at any time
You can request deletion without needing to log into the App:
- In-App Go to Account Settings and select “Delete Account.”
- By Email Contact us at contact@ptidekreatifnusantara.com.
After receiving a request, we permanently delete your account and securely erase associated personal data, including messages and media, from active servers within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 provided personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers.
